Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of Docent consulting services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the consultation or itinerary planning has begun. This includes 1:1 sessions, customized clinic itineraries, and accompanied visits.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request. No-shows or same-day cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Docent is committed to providing high-quality, well-researched guidance. However, we are not responsible for individual outcomes or experiences at third-party clinics, and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with a clinic visit or treatment results.
